Reservations create no payment obligation. A purchasable order enters fulfilment only after the server verifies actual payment; a return page or payment screenshot alone does not confirm payment.
Insufficient stock, qualifications or destination clearance should stop checkout or fulfilment and be explained. Already-paid orders are handled under the agreement and applicable law without unauthorised substitutions.
3. Supplements
Each item's ingredients, intended use and claims must be assessed for food, pharmaceutical or proprietary Chinese medicine classification. Required registration, licences and destination import conditions must be confirmed. Hong Kong eligibility does not authorise every global destination. 4. Software and custom development
A purchase grants the published licence, not automatic ownership of all copyright or source code. Review compatibility, device or activation limits, licence duration, updates, support, third-party costs and delivery terms before checkout. Download credentials and activation keys serve different purposes. Keys apply only to the purchased entitlement and should not be resold, publicly shared or used to bypass verification.
Custom work requires written functions, milestones, acceptance criteria, fees, source-code and intellectual-property arrangements, maintenance and termination terms. An enquiry or quotation alone does not start a project.
5. People-finding and lost-contact assistance
The planned focus is lawful lead organisation, contact verification and voluntary message relay. 8. Customer accounts and service requests
Register with an email you are authorised to use and protect passwords, verification and reset links. Some actions require email verification or a new login as enforced by the page and server. Without configured and enabled email, registration is not verification and a reset request does not mean mail was sent. Store only recipients you are authorised to use and confirm the chosen shipping address before ordering.
